Outlier Capital (Pty) Ltd (T/A Bennett's Refrigeration & Aircon) provides refrigeration, air conditioning, cold room, and server room cooling services. The scope of each engagement will be outlined in a quotation or service agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services
• Provide reasonable access to the site and equipment
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed payment terms

4. Quotations and Payment

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Work begins only after acceptance of the quotation. Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or invoice.

5. Equipment and Warranties

Equipment supplied is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Labour warranties are provided as specified in the quotation. Warranty work must be reported within the warranty period.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise professional care in delivering our services, our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is our property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
